Delivery – a separate service, the implementation of which ends at the time of receipt by the Buyer of the goods and its payment. Return of goods in cases where the Buyer is entitled to such a return, followed by a claim from the Seller the amount paid by the Buyer for the goods, does not imply a refund for the delivery of the goods.

In cases where the current legislation of the Russian Federation may replace or return the goods, and if the Buyer uses the designated purposes of the courier services of the Seller, courier services are paid by the Buyer in addition to the established seller tariffs for delivery of goods.

Complaints about the quality of the purchased goods arising after delivery to the Buyer shall be considered in accordance with the RF Law “On protection of consumer rights”.
